How to connect Deepgram and Acapela Cloud
Create a New Scenario to Connect Deepgram and Acapela Cloud
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Deepgram, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Deepgram or Acapela Cloud will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Deepgram or Acapela Cloud, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Deepgram Node
Select the Deepgram node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Deepgram, Acapela Cloud, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Deepgram and Acapela Cloud integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Deepgram and Acapela Cloud (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Deepgram and Acapela Cloud
Deepgram + Acapela Cloud + Google Docs: When a pre-recorded audio file is available via URL, Deepgram transcribes the audio. Acapela Cloud generates a voiceover from the transcription, and the transcript is then appended to a specified Google Docs document for review.
Deepgram + Acapela Cloud + Slack: Acapela Cloud generates an audio file. Deepgram transcribes this audio file, and the resulting transcription is sent to a designated Slack channel for immediate review and collaboration.
