In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Recraft, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Recraft or Attio will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Recraft or Attio, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Recraft node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Recraft, Attio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Attio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Attio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Recraft + Attio + Slack: When a new design asset is generated in Recraft, the automation finds the corresponding contact in Attio and adds a note to the contact's profile with a link to the asset. Then, a notification is sent in Slack to alert the team.
Attio + Google Drive + Recraft: When a new contact is added to Attio, the automation creates a folder in Google Drive. You can then use Recraft to generate images related to the contact and upload them to the newly created folder.
