In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Recraft, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Recraft or Google Groups will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Recraft or Google Groups, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Recraft node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Recraft, Google Groups, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Google Groups integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Google Groups (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Recraft + Google Groups + Slack: When a new image is generated in Recraft, it is automatically added to a specified Google Group. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new image.
Google Groups + Google Drive + Recraft: When a new message is posted in a Google Group, the automation searches for images. If found, the images are uploaded to Google Drive, and then those images are used as inspiration in Recraft using the 'Image to Image' feature.
