Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recraft, Google tasks, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Google tasks integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Google tasks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recraft and Google tasks

Recraft + Google Tasks + Slack: When a new design is generated in Recraft, a task is created in Google Tasks to review the design. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new design review task.

Google Tasks + Google Drive + Recraft: When a new task is created in Google Tasks, its attachments are uploaded to Google Drive. A cover image is then generated using Recraft based on the task title or content, and updated to Google Drive file.
