In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a RingCentral, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, RingCentral or Front will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find RingCentral or Front, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the RingCentral node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring RingCentral, Front, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Front integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Front (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
RingCentral + Front + Salesforce: When a call ends in RingCentral, the details are sent to Front. If the caller is not an existing contact in Front, a new contact is created. Subsequently, a lead is created in Salesforce with the call details, or if the contact already exists, it's updated with the new call information.
Front + RingCentral + Slack: When a missed call is logged in Front, indicating a customer couldn't be reached, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel. This alert prompts someone to initiate a RingCentral callback to the customer to address their needs promptly.
