Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Front

RingCentral + Front + Salesforce: When a call ends in RingCentral, the details are sent to Front. If the caller is not an existing contact in Front, a new contact is created. Subsequently, a lead is created in Salesforce with the call details, or if the contact already exists, it's updated with the new call information.

Front + RingCentral + Slack: When a missed call is logged in Front, indicating a customer couldn't be reached, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel. This alert prompts someone to initiate a RingCentral callback to the customer to address their needs promptly.
