Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and Fireflies (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and Fireflies

Fireflies + Salesforce + Slack: When a Fireflies transcript is available, the automation retrieves the transcript, updates a Salesforce contact record based on information found in the transcript, and then posts highlights to a specified Slack channel.

Salesforce + Fireflies + Google Calendar: When a Salesforce record is updated, the automation logs the associated meeting details into Fireflies. Subsequently, a follow-up event is added to Google Calendar for appropriate stakeholders.
