Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendFox and Fireflies (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendFox and Fireflies

Fireflies + SendFox + Slack: When a Fireflies meeting transcript is available, the automation retrieves the transcript content and sends a notification with the summary to a specified Slack channel for SendFox subscribers.

Zoom + Fireflies + SendFox: When a Zoom meeting ends and recording is completed, Fireflies generates the transcript. The automation then creates/updates contacts in SendFox and sends a promotional email including the meeting recap.
