Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendPulse and Harvest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendPulse and Harvest

SendPulse + Harvest + Slack: When a user unsubscribes from a SendPulse email list, a time entry is automatically created in Harvest to track the time spent investigating the reason for unsubscribes. A Slack notification is then sent to the team to inform them of the unsubscribe and the investigation.

Harvest + SendPulse + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, the subscriber's profile in SendPulse is updated to reflect their project involvement. This data is then logged in a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
