Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the SendPulse and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendPulse and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendPulse and PagerDuty

SendPulse + Google Sheets + PagerDuty: When a subscriber event indicating a campaign failure is detected in SendPulse, the details are logged in a Google Sheet. PagerDuty then notifies the on-call personnel to investigate the campaign failure.

PagerDuty + SendPulse + Slack: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, SendPulse triggers a targeted email campaign to affected users. A Slack message is sent to a channel to inform the team about the email campaign.
