Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a ServiceM8, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, ServiceM8 or Bubble will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find ServiceM8 or Bubble, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the ServiceM8 node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring ServiceM8, Bubble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ServiceM8 and Bubble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ServiceM8 and Bubble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Bubble + ServiceM8 + Twilio: When a new appointment is created in Bubble, a corresponding job is created in ServiceM8. Then, Twilio sends an SMS reminder to the client a set time before the appointment.
Bubble + Google Sheets + ServiceM8: When a new user signs up in a Bubble app, their data is recorded in a Google Sheet. A corresponding customer profile is then automatically created in ServiceM8 using the data from the Google Sheet.
