Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Simplesat, Asana, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Simplesat and Asana integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplesat and Asana (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Simplesat and Asana

Simplesat + Asana + Slack: When a new negative answer is received in Simplesat, a task is created in Asana to address the feedback, and a Slack message is sent to the project manager to notify them of the new task.

Asana + Simplesat + Google Sheets: When a task is completed in Asana, a feedback request is sent via Simplesat. The response data is then logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
