Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Simplesat, FireText, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Simplesat and FireText integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplesat and FireText (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Simplesat and FireText

Simplesat + FireText + Slack: When a new answer is submitted in Simplesat, FireText sends an SMS message to the user to request further feedback if the score is below a certain threshold. Slack then sends a notification to a designated channel for negative feedback alerts.

FireText + Google Sheets + Simplesat: When a new SMS message is received via FireText, the message content is logged to a Google Sheet. If specific keywords are detected in the SMS reply, it triggers a Simplesat survey to be sent to the customer.
