Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Simplesat, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Simplesat or Google Groups will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Simplesat or Google Groups, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Simplesat, Google Groups, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Simplesat and Google Groups integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplesat and Google Groups (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Simplesat + Google Groups + Slack: When a new answer is submitted in Simplesat, if the feedback is positive, a message is posted to a specified Google Group. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform the team about the new positive feedback.
Google Groups + Simplesat + Google Sheets: When a new member joins a Google Group, the workflow searches for related responses in Simplesat. The relevant Google Groups discussion and Simplesat feedback data are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for analysis.
