Rss.app + Simplesat + Slack: When a new blog post is added to an RSS feed via Rss.app, Simplesat searches for customer feedback related to the post. A summary of the feedback is then posted to a designated Slack channel to inform the team and boost engagement.
Simplesat + Rss.app + Google Sheets: When a new answer is submitted in Simplesat, the flow checks if the answer mentions a blog post tracked by Rss.app. If a mention is found, the customer feedback, blog post title, and related data are logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis.
