Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack bot and FireText (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack bot and FireText

Slack bot + FireText + Google Sheets: When a user provides feedback via a Slack bot interaction, FireText sends an SMS survey to gather more detailed responses. The survey results are then recorded in a Google Sheet for analysis.

Calendly + FireText + Slack bot: When a new Calendly event is created, FireText sends an SMS reminder to the invitee. If the invitee replies with a specific keyword (e.g., 'Reschedule'), the Slack bot sends a direct message offering options for rescheduling.
