Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Smartsheet and SendFox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smartsheet and SendFox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smartsheet and SendFox

Smartsheet + SendFox + Slack: When a new event occurs in a Smartsheet, such as a row being updated, the automation updates a SendFox subscriber segment based on data from the updated row. Finally, a Slack message notifies the team about the Smartsheet event.

SendFox + Smartsheet + Google Sheets: When a new subscriber joins in SendFox, their information is added as a new row to a Smartsheet contact list. Simultaneously, this new subscriber information is logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
