Depending on your setup, data should flow between SmartSuite and Beamer (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SmartSuite and Beamer

Beamer + Slack + SmartSuite: When a new post is created in Beamer, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the project team. A corresponding record is then created in SmartSuite to track the announcement.

Beamer + SmartSuite + Google Sheets: When a new reaction is created on a Beamer announcement, a new record is created in SmartSuite. The SmartSuite data regarding Beamer engagement is then periodically exported to Google Sheets for reporting.
