Most powerful ways to connect SmartSuite and Simplesat

Simplesat + SmartSuite + Slack: When a new negative survey response is received in Simplesat, a task is automatically created in SmartSuite to address the feedback. The relevant team is then notified in Slack via a channel message to investigate and resolve the issue.

Simplesat + SmartSuite + Zendesk: When a new survey response is received in Simplesat, the workflow searches for the associated record in SmartSuite.
