In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Soax, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Soax or ClickUp will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Soax or ClickUp, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Soax node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Soax, ClickUp, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Soax and ClickUp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and ClickUp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Soax + ClickUp + Slack: Monitor proxy server performance using Soax. If an error occurs (simulated by a hypothetical Soax trigger not available here), create a task in ClickUp to address the issue and send a notification to a Slack channel to alert the team.
ClickUp + Soax + Google Sheets: When a task is updated in ClickUp (specifically its status changes to 'Completed'), a Soax action (simulated by SERP: Google Search as a placeholder) is triggered to record proxy usage data. This data is then added as a new row in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
