Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Soax, Formaloo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Soax and Formaloo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and Formaloo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Soax and Formaloo

Formaloo + Soax + Slack: When a new response is submitted to a Formaloo form, the IP address of the submission is checked (via Soax). Then a notification, including the IP information, is sent to a Slack channel.

Formaloo + Soax + Airtable: When a new response is submitted to a Formaloo form, the submitter's IP address is checked against a blacklist using Soax. The form response and the IP check result are then saved as a new record in Airtable.
