Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Soax, Pipefy, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Soax and Pipefy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Soax and Pipefy

Soax + Pipefy + Slack: When Soax detects potential fraudulent activity via a Google Search, a new card is created in Pipefy to track the incident, and a notification is sent to the security team in Slack to alert them about the potential threat.

Soax + Pipefy + Google Sheets: Soax tracks suspicious IP addresses via Google Search, adding them to Pipefy's investigation pipeline as new cards, and logs the detailed IP information in Google Sheets for analysis and record-keeping.
