In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Softr, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Softr or Deepgram will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Softr or Deepgram, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Softr node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Softr, Deepgram, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Softr and Deepgram integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Softr and Deepgram (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Softr + Deepgram + Airtable: When audio feedback is submitted through a Softr application, Deepgram transcribes the audio file from a URL. The transcription is then saved as a new record in an Airtable database for analysis.
Zoom + Softr + Deepgram: When a Zoom recording is completed, triggered by Zoom, and the Zoom meeting was embedded in Softr, Deepgram transcribes the prerecorded audio. The transcription data could then be used within Softr.
