Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Softr, FireText, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Softr and FireText integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Softr and FireText (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Softr and FireText

Softr + FireText + Airtable: When a new form is submitted in Softr, a personalized SMS message is sent via FireText to the submitter, and the form data is stored as a new record in Airtable.

FireText + Softr + Google Sheets: When a new SMS message is received via FireText, the message content can be used to update an existing user record in a Softr database. Details of the SMS and the updated user are then logged into a Google Sheet.
