In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Softr, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Softr or Microsoft SQL Server will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Softr or Microsoft SQL Server, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Softr, Microsoft SQL Server, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Softr and Microsoft SQL Server integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Softr and Microsoft SQL Server (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Softr + Microsoft SQL Server + Airtable: When a new user is created in Softr, their information is added to a Microsoft SQL Server database. Then, a corresponding record is created or updated in Airtable for reporting purposes.
Microsoft SQL Server + Softr + Slack: When a new or updated row is added to Microsoft SQL Server, the automation searches for a matching user profile in Softr. If a match is found, a notification is sent to a Slack channel.
