Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Softr, Pinterest, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Softr and Pinterest integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Softr and Pinterest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Softr and Pinterest

Softr + Google Sheets + Pinterest: When a user uploads an image to Softr, the image URL and related data are logged in a Google Sheet. If the image meets certain popularity criteria (e.g., number of views on Softr tracked via other means and added to the sheet manually), it is then pinned to a designated Pinterest board.

Pinterest + Airtable + Softr: When a new pin is created on Pinterest, its details are added to an Airtable base. Airtable is then used to track the performance of different pins. A Softr website displays the top-performing pins listed in Airtable using the 'List Records' action.
