In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a SpaceX, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, SpaceX or AITable will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find SpaceX or AITable, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the SpaceX node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring SpaceX, AITable, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the SpaceX and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SpaceX and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
SpaceX + AITable + Slack: Track upcoming SpaceX launches. When a new launch is scheduled, a record is created in AITable, and a Slack notification is sent to a designated channel to inform the team.
SpaceX + AITable + Google Sheets: Log successful SpaceX launches into AITable. Upon each successful launch, the details are recorded in AITable, then a summary report of the launch data is created in Google Sheets.
