In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Spotify, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Spotify or Caspio will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Spotify or Caspio, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Spotify node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Spotify, Caspio, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Spotify and Caspio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Spotify and Caspio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Spotify + Caspio + Slack: When a new track is added to a Spotify playlist, a new record is created in Caspio to log the song details. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the newly added song.
Caspio + Spotify + Google Sheets: When a new record is created in Caspio, the flow checks if specific data matches predefined criteria. If the criteria are met, the flow adds a specific song to a designated Spotify playlist and then records the event details in a Google Sheet.
