In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Square, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Square or Okta will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Square or Okta, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Square node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Square, Okta, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Square and Okta integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Square and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Okta + Square + Slack: When a new user is created in Okta, a corresponding customer profile is created in Square. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the IT department.
Okta + Square + Google Sheets: This workflow tracks user account status changes in Okta and Square sales data. When there's a new event in Okta or a new paid order in Square, the corresponding information is added to a Google Sheet for auditing and reporting purposes.
