Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Square and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Square and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Square and PagerDuty

Square + PagerDuty + Slack: When a new Square event occurs indicating a failed payment, check if the same customer has had multiple recent failures. If so, trigger an incident in PagerDuty to alert the on-call team, and send a notification to a designated Slack channel for management.

PagerDuty + Square + Zendesk: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, find the customer related to the incident in Square. Then, create a Zendesk ticket to track any follow-up actions needed regarding the incident resolution.
