Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Square, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Square or Smsapi will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Square or Smsapi, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Square, Smsapi, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Square and Smsapi integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Square and Smsapi (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Square + Google Sheets + Smsapi: When a new Square event occurs (e.g., a sale), the details are logged in Google Sheets. If the customer's total spending exceeds a defined amount, an SMS message with a special offer is sent to them.
Square + Smsapi + Slack: When a new Square event occurs, particularly a large transaction, an SMS message is sent to the team to alert them. The team then receives a Slack message with the details of the transaction.
