What is a Buy-Back Guarantee?
‍Our Buy-Back Guarantee ensures peace of mind when using Latenode. We are confident in the quality of our product and offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if it does not meet your expectations.

How does it work?

• Eligibility Period: You can request a refund under the Buy-Back Guarantee within 7 days of your purchase.
• Applicable Subscriptions: This guarantee applies to monthly subscriptions and Lifetime Deals (LTD).
• Refund Conditions: A refund is available if you have used no more than 30% of your monthly credit allocation.
• Refund Process: We will refund 100% of your subscription or Lifetime Deal cost. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after your request is approved.
• Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

How to request a refund?

2. We will review your account to ensure it meets the refund conditions.
3. Once confirmed, the refund will be issued to your account.
4. The review process typically takes up to 3 business days.

Exclusions and Limitations

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• If more than 30% of the monthly credit limit has been used.
• Multiple account creations and refund requests.
• Violation of other rules described in our Terms and Conditions.
