Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ActiveCampaign and Firecrawl integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Firecrawl (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Firecrawl

Firecrawl + ActiveCampaign + Slack: When Firecrawl detects a new mention based on a search of a website, the automation checks if the contact exists in ActiveCampaign. If the contact exists, a note is added to their profile; otherwise, a new contact is created. A Slack message is then sent to the marketing team with details of the mention and the contact.

Firecrawl + ActiveCampaign + Google Sheets: This automation monitors a competitor's website for changes using Firecrawl. When changes are detected, the automation updates the corresponding contact's information in ActiveCampaign. The updated contact information and details of the website changes are then logged in a Google Sheet.
