Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Acapela Cloud integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Acapela Cloud (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Acapela Cloud

AITable + Acapela Cloud + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, its data is used to generate an audio summary with Acapela Cloud. This audio file, along with a text summary, is then posted to a designated Slack channel for team review and collaboration.

Acapela Cloud + AITable + Google Sheets: When Acapela Cloud generates an audio file, the generated audio file's URL and associated text transcript are automatically stored as a new record in AITable. Simultaneously, this data is also backed up by adding a new row to a specified Google Sheets spreadsheet, ensuring data redundancy and accessibility.
