Amazon Redshift + Zoho Desk + Slack: When Amazon Redshift detects new rows indicating database errors linked to a specific customer, it triggers the creation of a new ticket in Zoho Desk. Subsequently, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert the support team about the issue.
Zoho Desk + Amazon Redshift + Google Sheets: When a new ticket comment is added in Zoho Desk, the data from that ticket is added as a new row in Amazon Redshift. This data is then used to update a Google Sheet, visualizing support trends and metrics.
