Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Avaza and OpenAI Responses integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Avaza and OpenAI Responses (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Avaza and OpenAI Responses
Avaza + OpenAI Responses + Slack: When new events occur in Avaza (e.g., feedback on a project), the automation sends this feedback to OpenAI to generate a summary. The resulting summary is then posted to a designated Slack channel for the project team to review.
Avaza + OpenAI Responses + Google Sheets: When a new event related to project expenses occurs in Avaza, the details are sent to OpenAI to categorize the expense. The categorized expense data is then added as a new row in a specified Google Sheet for expense reporting and analysis.
