Basin + pdfFiller + Google Sheets: When a new submission is received in Basin, a fillable PDF is created in pdfFiller using a template. After the PDF is filled, the data from the filled form is added as a new row in a Google Sheet.
pdfFiller + Basin + Slack: When a new form is filled in pdfFiller, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. The submission data from Basin is then archived by listing submissions. Slack notifies the channel.
