Depending on your setup, data should flow between Businessmap and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Businessmap and Captions

Businessmap + Captions + Slack: When a card event occurs in Businessmap (e.g., a meeting completed), trigger the generation of captions for the meeting recording using Captions. Once the captions are ready, send a message to a designated Slack channel with the meeting summary and the generated captions.

Captions + Businessmap + Google Drive: When a video translation is submitted to Captions, and the translation completes, save the resulting captions file to a specified folder in Google Drive. Then, attach that file to the corresponding task in Businessmap, linking the translated captions to the task.
