Canny + Magento 2(OpenSource) + Slack: When a new comment is added to a post in Canny, this flow checks if the comment mentions a specific product (identified by product ID or SKU) in Magento. If there's a product match, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the support team.
Magento 2(OpenSource) + Canny + Google Sheets: This flow starts with a new order in Magento. It retrieves customer information associated with that order. It then searches for existing feedback from that customer in Canny. Finally, the order data and feedback data are combined and added as a new row in Google Sheets for customer feedback analysis.
