Most powerful ways to connect Canny and Zoho Desk

Canny + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a feature request receives a new vote in Canny, a ticket is created in Zoho Desk to track the request. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the product team of the new ticket.

Zoho Desk + Canny + Google Sheets: When a ticket is resolved in Zoho Desk, the flow finds the corresponding feature request in Canny. It then updates a Google Sheet with the number of votes the feature request has, providing insights into feature request impact based on ticket resolution.
