Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caption AI and Zendesk
Zendesk + Caption AI + Slack: When a Zendesk ticket is updated with a mention of video issues, Caption AI generates captions for the linked video. Once the captioning is complete, a Slack message is sent with a link to the captions.
Zendesk + Caption AI + Google Drive: When a Zendesk ticket is resolved, Caption AI is prompted to retrieve the transcript. That transcript is then saved to Google Drive for future reference and accessibility.
