Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Captions, ClickUp, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and ClickUp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Captions and ClickUp

ClickUp + Captions + Google Sheets: When a new task is created in ClickUp, trigger a check on the AI video generation status in Captions. Once the video generation is complete, update a Google Sheets spreadsheet with the relevant task information and video status.

ClickUp + Captions + Slack: Upon completion of a new task in ClickUp, use Captions to ensure content quality, then alert a marketing team in Slack via a public channel message, confirming the completion and providing any relevant Captions insights.
