Depending on your setup, data should flow between Chargebee and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Chargebee and Userback
Chargebee + Userback + Slack: When a customer cancels their subscription in Chargebee (detected via a new subscription event), a feedback request is created in Userback to understand the reason for cancellation. The customer success team is then notified in Slack about the cancellation and the feedback request.
Userback + Chargebee + Zendesk: When new feedback is created in Userback regarding billing issues, a Zendesk ticket is created for the support team. The customer's status is checked in Chargebee to provide additional context to the support team in the Zendesk ticket.
