Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Chatwork, AI: Perplexity, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Chatwork and AI: Perplexity integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Chatwork and AI: Perplexity (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Chatwork and AI: Perplexity

Chatwork + Perplexity + Google Sheets: When a new message is posted in a Chatwork room, summarize the message using Perplexity (this step is not available and will require custom code or another integration). Then, add the original message and the summary to a Google Sheet for archiving and future reference.

Perplexity + Chatwork + Slack: This scenario is not directly possible as there is no direct Perplexity trigger. Assuming Perplexity can be accessed via API (requiring custom code or another integration), summarize the answer to a user question, post it to a specific Chatwork group, and then notify relevant users via Slack using a direct message.
