Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Chatwork, Caspio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Chatwork and Caspio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Chatwork and Caspio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Chatwork and Caspio

Caspio + Chatwork + Slack: When a new record is added to a Caspio database table, the automation searches Chatwork for related messages. If relevant messages are found, a notification is sent to a Slack channel with details about the new record and links to the Chatwork messages.

Chatwork + Caspio + Gmail: This flow monitors a Chatwork group for messages. When a new message is posted, the automation searches a Caspio database for related entries. A summary email is then sent via Gmail, compiling the recent Chatwork messages and the associated Caspio database information.
