Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickMeeting and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect ClickMeeting and Mailhook

ClickMeeting + Mailhook + Google Sheets: When a new attendee joins a ClickMeeting conference, their information is sent to Mailhook, and then their attendance is recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Mailhook + ClickMeeting + Slack: When a Mailhook trigger is activated (e.g., receiving an email with a meeting request), it creates a new ClickMeeting conference and sends a notification message via Slack to a specified channel.
