Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ClickSend, LiveChat, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ClickSend and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickSend and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ClickSend and LiveChat
LiveChat + ClickSend + Google Sheets: When a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, the content of the chat and the customer's phone number (if available) are extracted. ClickSend sends an SMS with a summary of the conversation to the customer. Finally, a new row is added to a Google Sheet, logging the interaction details for record-keeping and analysis.
LiveChat + ClickSend + Slack: When an incoming chat in LiveChat is identified as urgent (e.g., through keywords or tagging), ClickSend sends an SMS message to alert available agents. A notification is also sent to a designated Slack channel to ensure immediate awareness and response to the urgent customer request.
