Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ClickUp, Teachable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ClickUp and Teachable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickUp and Teachable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ClickUp and Teachable
Teachable + ClickUp + Slack: When a new user enrolls in a Teachable course, a task is created in ClickUp to manage their onboarding. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team of the new student and the associated ClickUp task.
Teachable + Google Sheets + ClickUp: When a new user enrolls in a Teachable course, their information is added to a Google Sheet for tracking. Subsequently, a task is created in ClickUp to initiate the onboarding process for the new student.
