Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Clockify, Captions, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clockify and Captions integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clockify and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Clockify and Captions
Clockify + Captions + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Clockify, a video is automatically generated with Captions. Once the video generation is complete, a message is sent to a Slack channel with a summary of the time entry and a link to the generated video.
Captions + Clockify + Google Drive: When a new video is generated using Captions, a timer starts in Clockify to track time spent on this video. The video and its generated captions are then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive.
