Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring CloudConvert, Databricks, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudConvert and Databricks integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudConvert and Databricks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudConvert and Databricks

Amazon S3 + CloudConvert + Databricks: When a new file is uploaded to an Amazon S3 bucket, it is converted to a compatible format using CloudConvert for analysis in Databricks. The converted file can then be further processed within Databricks.

Databricks + CloudConvert + Google Drive: After a Databricks job run is triggered and completed, the result data is converted to a PDF report using CloudConvert. The generated PDF report is then uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive.
