Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Basin
CloudTalk + Basin + Slack: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, the data is sent to Basin as a new submission. Then, a message is sent in Slack to notify relevant stakeholders about the missed call and provide a link to the Basin submission.
Basin + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a new submission is received in Basin, it triggers a CloudTalk action to create a new contact with the submission data. Simultaneously, the submission data is added as a new row in a Google Sheet for record-keeping and analysis.
